For the first time in its history, the 2026 Monte Rosa SkyMarathon<\/strong> –<\/strong> Europe\u2019s highest race <\/strong>– will celebrate four races<\/strong> all above 3,000m altitude<\/strong>. The events, which will all be held on the same day, June 13, 2026<\/strong>, in Alagna Valsesia, Piedmont, Italy<\/strong>, will, as usual, enjoy the support of their sponsors and institutional partners.<\/p>\n As usual, Monterosa 2000, the cable car company based at the start of the courses, is a key partner. <\/strong>Last year, an incredible 1,300 people<\/strong> ascended on the lifts from Alagna, and Gressoney in the Aosta Valley, to cheer the athletes on the upper stretches above the snow line.<\/p>\n Monterosa 2000 Director, Andrea Colla, comments, <\/strong>\u201cA new challenge, a new adventure, set against a sporting, scenic and natural backdrop unlike anywhere else in the world!
